Sanjay Dutt Case: Mumbai High Court Slams Government:- Veteran actor Sanjay Dutt has been announced convicted in 1993 illegal arms case. After years of investigation, the actor has been guilty and he has been sentenced jail for five years. The actor has been out from jail eight months before he completed his jail term. Maharashtra Government released the actor on the name of good conduct. Now the Mumbai High Court smalled the Maharashtra government asking the reason behind Sanjay Dutt’s exit from jail.

Sanjay Dutt has been in Yerawada jail, Pune and he has been out early this year. Mumbai High Court questioned on what conduct he has been released before the term. A bench lead by RM Savant and justice Sadhana Jadhav asked the Maharashtra government to file an affidavit with an detailed explanation about Sanjay Dutt’s case. Mumbai High Court asked the government to complete the process at the earliest.
