YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is known for his dictatorship and he has been the one who takes his own decisions without consulting the senior leaders or party activists. YS Jagan lost many senior leaders because of his dictatorship and he has been badly criticised all over. However after the party lost fame, the young politician has been trying his best to gain back his leaders at the earliest. He has been relieved after some of the senior and established leaders. However YS Jagan has been repeating the same mistakes and he has been ignoring the activists.

Any party should have a strong cadre and party activists which is quite crucial for the party’s mileage. However Jagan has always been focussed on party leaders and he has been asking the leaders to gain massive crowds for public meets. This will sure make no impact in the upcoming elections. Though several leaders discussed about this in the past, Jagan made no changes and he is still focussed on the leadership. We have to wait and see if he can comeup with a change to make some impact in Andhra Pradesh in the upcoming 2019 elections.
