Gunfight Breaks out in J&K, 1 Terrorist Killed & 2 Army Men Injured

A gunfight broke out in Wangam area of Shopian in Jammu and Kashmir early on Monday morning. In this attack, 1 terrorist was killed and 2 army men injured.
“The injured soldiers have been evacuated from the scene of the encounter and are now stable”, said an ANI report.
Following India’s surgical strikes on terror camps in the border, terrorists are trying to sneak into India.
On Sunday also, the security forces defeated two infiltration bids by terrorists as part of Pakistani ceasefire violation. In this process, two soldiers died and five others were injured.
But the army has also caused the heavy blow to several Pakistani posts over the Line of Control in Poonch sector on Sunday.
Pakistan has conducted, over 100 ceasefire violations since the surgical strikes on September 29.
Indian security agencies have also arrested Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists who tried to come into India many times over the past few weeks.
