The Founder President of Karnataka Janata Paksha (KJP), Mr. Padmanabha Prasanna, who had arranged a press conference to announce that the former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa and former minister Shobha Karandlaje have been secretly married in the temple in wedding anniversary in Kerala, have been attacked by the unidentified persons with a chemical mixture.

According to the reports, the KJP president was attacked by the unidentified persons with chemical mixture, while he was going to announce the news in the press conference. The unidentified persons has also threatened Padmanabha to have request for women. They also criticized allegations made against Shobha Karandlaje. According to the reports, they were even heard if shouting slogans such as, “Bharata Rakshana Vedike ke jai”.

Reacting to it, Mr. Padmanabha has alleged, “Mr Yeddyurappa is trying to target me fearing that I will expose his secret wedding with Ms Shobha Karandlaje. Mr Yeddyurappa had promised to build a dining hall for the temple after the marriage. As promised, he has built the dining hall in the Bhagavati Amma Temple in Kerala where they got married.”
