Dogs are one of the most faithful animals. In one such incident, a three-year-old pooch named Loung died in a car accident in Thailand's Chanthaburi province.

According to the passerby, The tragic incident happened in where Loung had become a local celebrity for the villagers as a soul who never gave up on her owner.
 
Apparently, Loung had fallen out of the car she was travelling in with her owner near the village of Ban Nong Khon twelve months ago. Since then she sat on the highway, waiting for her owner to return - who never did.

Loung never left. The villagers put out food for her while she kept her constant guard.

Her death, therefore, has come as a rude shock for people who knew her story. A local dog-lovers' club is now preparing to bury Loung's body in the Tha Mai district.

Rest in peace, you beautiful soul.
