Though it sounds shocking, CID confirmed that the Telangana Eamcet 2 paper has been leaked. It has been confirmed after the police gathered evidence that it has been leaked from the Delhi Press, Rajagopal Reddy who owns Usha Consultancy, Bengaluru as the man behind the crime. He has been also alleged to be the man behind the leakage of PG Medical Entrance exam in 2012. Some other brokers who are related to this crime have been taken into custody.

CID revealed some shocking facts in the scam and they are estimating it to be over Rs 50 crores. Around 30 students are said to be involved in the scam and each student agreed to pay Rs 50 lakhs. All these students have been trained specially in Mumbai and Bengaluru by these brokers 48 hours prior to the examination. The Telangana government is expected to take the final decision about the EAMCET examination soon and there are rumours that it will be conducted again.
