Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham is likely to call off his nine-day fast. After a petition was filed for the bail of 13 accused in Tuni violence, Additional District Judge Court did not oppose and 10 out of his 13 followers got conditional bail.
With the Government keeping its word, Padmanabham is likely call of his fast.
All of them were accused were arrested for the Tuni violence which happened on January 31. Padmanabham began his sit-in on the railway track, demanding reservation for Kapus in Government jobs and educational institutions.
However, three bail petitions of Kapu JAC leaders were dismissed on the grounds that the remand report submitted by the police had technical flaws.
