Do you love soft drinks? Then next time you buy a bottle of soft drink, be very careful. Why? Because there are chances you might find a dead cockroach or a lizard or a snake inside it. Not able to believe? This incident happened in real in Tanuku.

A consumer, found a dead snake inside his ‘Thums Up’ bottle as he took the first sip. Prasad purchased the soft drink bottle at a local shop as he was expecting some guest at his house in Tanuku. He was shocked to see a dead snake inside the bottle.

Prasad claimed,“I could not make out that the snake was in the bottle because it was in the same colour as the drink".

As he confronted the shop owner, he told him that the bottle had been delivered by his regular dealer. It had come in a sealed pack. The shop owner tried to contact the dealer, but could not reach him.

Prasad said “the memory of having drunk from the bottle containing the dead snake kept him queasy all the day.”

He said, “Thums Up is a big name and they ought to be more careful about how their product reaches the customer.”
