A man who allegedly took some objectionable pictures of a 16 year old girl, traveling on flight, was arrested.

The man, identified as Gaurav Sharma, a resident of Khurja district, Uttar Pradesh, works in a steel company in Ahmedabad. Police said that, the incident took place, just after an hour, the Ahmedabad to Delhi flight took off.

Gaurav, who thought, no one was watching him, started clicking the pictures of the minor girl. But the girl’s father who was noticing all this, called up the police after the SpiceJet plane landed at Indira Gandhi International airport.
 
“We got a call from the girl's father around 9.30pm reporting the matter. As told by the complainant, he had seen the accused clicking pictures of his daughter while she was asleep. He said that when objected, the man made obscene gestures and started arguing. A team was immediately sent to the spot and the man was arrested,” said Dinesh Kumar Gupta, DCP, IGI.
