The recently held meeting of several political VVIPs, is hinting that, JD(U)-led Grand Alliance would be continued in all the future elections.
It is known that, Sharad Pawar had released a book on his 75th birthday recently, inviting the biggies like Congress chief Sonia Gandhi. After that programme, yesterday, there was an another huge gathering at Vigyan Bhawan, Tughlak road, Delhi.
Vice President Hamid Ansari had released a book on Sharad Yadav, describing about his political life and other issues. Regarding this, the function was conducted to felicitate Sharad Yadav.
Now this programme has acquired huge significance as several political biggies like Sonia Gandhi, opposition leader in the Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad, Chief Ministers Nitish Kumar, Arvind Kejriwal and Union Ministers M. Venkaiah Naidu and Rajnath Singh, L.K. Advani and Yashwant Sinha have attended the event.
As JD(U)-led Grand Alliance gave a massive victory in the recently held Bihar elections, the present meet of the biggies, is now raising the curiosity among the public that, they would remain collaborated, keeping in mind the upcoming assembly elections.
Indeed, the JD(U), though confined to Bihar, has been trying to play a mediatory role in trying to ensure a degree of opposition unity to take the BJP on across the country.
If the same speculation turns true in all the future elections, then the victory of the grand alliance, would almost be inevitable.
The notable thing was, the two chief ministers, Nithish Kumar for his triumph in Bihar and Kejriwal for taking on the government and also Sonia Gandhi, accompanied by the several party MPs, decided to stay back for the lunch that was laid out on the lawns, a decision that was a political statement by itself.
