Amaravathi ceremony: YSCRP insiders warn Jagan

YSRCP party officials warn Jagan that, his absence in Amaravathi stone ceremony, might be misunderstood by the public.

It is known that, YSRCP Chief Jagan Mohan Reddy said that, he is not going to attend Amaravathi stone ceremony and not to invite him. There are several criticisms raised by the state government on the issue, saying that, Jagan is still immature and his absence in Amaravathi ceremony will cost him a lot in the future.

But Jagan did not care about the comments, as he treated it as regular comments from the opposition party. But now it is not from others, but from his own party itself, the leaders said that YSRCP absence in the celebrations, might be misunderstood by the public.

Amaravathi ceremony: People misunderstands- YSRCP insiders to Jagan

Reportedly, Krishna, Guntur and Godavari districts YSRCP leaders are disappointed with Jagan’s decision to stay away from the Amaravathi celebrations. Regarding this, they even reached out to him and reportedly said, “Amaravathi is a sensitive issue and people are very concerned about it. All the party leaders are attending and if only YSRCP stays away, people might anytime corner it.”

“Already people are of the opinion that, YSRCP do not like capital coming here and at this time, if we stay away, people will take the statement as confirmed one. If you cannot, at least allow us to attend the celebrations,” they said to Jagan.

Whatever might be the conflicts, it is a respect for the people or if not, for the historic occasion, that a leader should respect and come forward for a few issues, when he/she is in a responsible position.

Being a public representative, a leader could influence others with his behavior. Following this, Telangana Chief Minister KCR, who has a bigger rivalry with Naidu, gave his nod to attend Amaravathi celebrations. Then what is that dragging Jagan backwards from the ceremony.

Moreover, YSRCP has 73 assembly seats in the 175-member AP assembly in these districts. So hope Jagan takes a wise decision and attend the Amaravathi ceremony and thus be a responsible leader.
