Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is capturing the Pushkaraalu event at Rajahmundry Pushkar ghats for a documentary purpose, to show the pride of AP to the world.  

Maha Pushkaraalu, the pride occasion of Telugu states is going to be much bigger now, as the world is going to know about it. Regarding this, AP CM Naidu had contacted National Geographic Channel and said to capture the event at the Rajahmundry ghats in live.

Rs.7 crore budget for Pushkaraalu documentary

Chandrababu took the occasion as a challenge and is reportedly spending Rs.7 crore funds for the Pushkaraalu documentary. He is providing all the amenities required for NGC crew and also made a few changes in the lighting pattern at Rajahmundry ghats for the better efficiency of the documentary.

Pushkara Harathulu event of Godavari Pushkaraalu directed by Boyapati Seenu

Pushkara Harathulu event relating to the Godavari Pushkaraalu was already filmed by Telugu cinema director Boyapati Seenu in a typical cinematic style.

However, regarding this documentary, there are many criticisms by the opposition parties saying that, how can Chandrababu Naidu forget the tragic deaths at the Pushkaraalu event so soon and involve in the Pushkaaralu documentary.

On the other side, it can also be said that, the shooting of the documentary might disturb the privacy of the common public at the Pushkar ghats, but finally showing the pride of Andhra Pradesh to the world, through the Pushkaraalu is a good initiative by AP government.
