“There is no such bill passed in the parliament regarding the bifurcation of the state and not even any majority in Loksabha, even then, the  state is bifurcated recklessly,” said former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar.  

Speaking to the meeting arranged at the press club in Vijayawada, Undavalli said that, he levied a petition in the Supreme Court, against the bifurcation of the states, as he opined that the majority is lacking in Loksabha for the bifurcation bill, it is not yet passed in the parliament.

“Producing all the evidence, I’m going to speak in court and I hope that the court gives a historical judgment,” Undavalli said.

“The reason behind my suspension is due to the proposal I made against the UPA government, they did not even allow me to speak in the parliament, and even this point will be discussed in the court now,” Undavalli clarified.

Revanth Reddy scam is not related to AP- Undavalli

Undavalli opined that, Revanth Reddy scam is Chandrababu’s personal issue, but not related to Andhra Pradesh. He further said that, Naidu need not request the Centre for imposition of Section 8, it should be implemented for sure.    

Hyderabad should be union territory!  

“Ambedkar already said to make Hyderabad a Union territory, the chances are still there. If it is done, then there would not be any taxes in the state,” Undavalli opined.

KCR has to face the punishment for tapping the phones

“It is not only about AP CM, the tapping of the phones and listening to the conversation of any two persons is absolutely a crime. So regarding this, if the case is proved, KCR has to face the punishment,” Undavalli warned.

On the other hand, he said that, there is no such illegal thing, that was spoken by the voice alleging Chandrababu, in the phone conversation. So the case does not work out in the court too.

The news of bifurcation of the states has already become old and Undavalli is now deciding to fight against it. So if at all, he finds any positive sign in the court, then within no time, there is possibility of declaring teh war against the Supreme Court judgment.
