Cash for vote evidence in ACB hands

The audio and video tapes of cash for vote scam, that are produced by the Forensic officials, are given to the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials by the court.

After the proper scrutiny of the audio and video disks of cash for vote scam, it was known that the forensic officials declared that, the evidence proofs are original and there is no duplicity in it.

After such declaration, the audio and video tapes are produced in the court. Be seeking the permission of the forensic officials, the evidence related proofs are now given to the ACB officials for the further inquiry of the case.

The judge said that it would be better, if a copy of evidence is there in the court too, as the investigation and judgment is still awaiting on the issue. So, according to the judge's suggestion, the officials are planning to make another copy of the evidence and produce in the court.

According to the information, three hard disks, a CD and a proposal letter were submitted to the court by the forensic officials. According to the norms of the forensic department, the evidence submitted by the concerned department officials has to be given out, only with the prior permission of the Forensic department.

Following the norms, on the beforehand, the court took the permission from the forensic department and only then produced the video and audio tapes of the case, to the ACB officials for the further inquiry.  

The ACB officials who are awaiting for these proofs all these days, finally got it and are now investigating the case based on those. So the cash for vote case is now on a right track, where the fate of the TDP officials is nearly visible.
