The State BC Welfare Association President R.Krishnaiah joined Telugu Desam party on Friday in the presence of its leader Chandrababu Naidu. On that occasion Chandrababu Naidu spoke in the meeting held in the compound of TDP party office.

Chandrababu says that BCs need not go for agitations, protests and take to arms for getting power in the state but it is only a simple button that takes them to the top position that is the Cycle button on EVMs in 2014 elections.

He said that TDP is the only party that recognized BCs gave declaration to that effect as it is the party working for the welfare of downtrodden. He promised that the BC will be made Chief Minister of Telangana. He also said that the system should change to make the BCs rule instead of getting crushed by the upper communities.

R Krishnaiah was declared as the head of the election campaign in Telangana.

Chandrababu said that only SCs and BCs lost their lives in the fighting for Telangana but not the family members of TRS president KCR. He promised to get the families of martyrs what freedom fighters for India have got. He also promised that a sum of Rs.10 lakh will be given to those families towards financial assistance and also a job for the family members.

Chandrababu reminded that KCR promised to make an SC as Chief Minister when Telangana formation was doubtful. When it became a reality, he complains, KCR is keen on getting political power in the state of Telangana for himself and to his own people.
