Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak said on Monday that Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, which vanished two weeks back, had crashed thousands of miles away in the southern Indian Ocean killing all the 227 passengers along with 12 crew members.
The families of passengers were informed before Najib Razak's press conference. A private British satellite company gathered all the information of MH 370 and handed it to Malaysian government. Crediting the British agency, Razak said, “a wave phenomenon discovered in the nineteenth century was used to analyse the seven pings its satellite picked up from Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 and determine the flight's destination.”
The search operations are in full swing however due to bad weather conditions and for next 24 hours, search teams have suspending the work.
As two-third of the passengers being Chinese, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China has issued a statement to the Malaysian government demanding to provide all the information and evidence of the crash report.
