With the Telangana Bill getting approval in the Rajya Sabha, the union government has shifted its focus on the political crisis in Andhra Pradesh. Governor ESL Narasimhan has sent a special report to the Center recommending the President's Rule as Kiran Kumar Reddy resigned to the Chief Minister post and a decision on this may arrive later today. But on the other hand, leaders from Seemandhra and Telangana are doing hectic lobby for the CM post and are in touch with the top leaders of the Congress.
However, sources say that government may prefer President's Rule as forming another new government might bring new headaches to it. TRS and Lok Satta parties are also in favor of imposing President's Rule.
