With Telangana Bill getting placed in Assembly, the Seemandhra region which is agitating for united Andhra Pradesh went for a complete shut down today. Major political parties and APNGOs have called for bandh and so the their workers have successfully managed to shut everything in the region. Normal life of common man was hit by bandh and schools, college were given holiday.

All the RTC buses are confined to respective depots but trains are running are running as per schedule. Meanwhile in Assembly, the debate is not moving forward and MLAs of Seemandhra region have surrounded speaker's podium. Despite appealing to the members of the house, Speaker Manohar had to postpone the assembly without any option.
