YSR Congress party President says that he wants to ask the Speaker of the Assembly who has gone to Lucknow whether he has any sense at all.
The Speaker Nadendla Manohar has gone on tour to Lucknow and Patna to study and understand the procedure adopted by them in the bifurcation of the states so that in those lines the Telangana Bill issue pending in the Assembly can be taken up.
Commenting on it Jagan asked whether Speaker has got the minimum knowledge of what happened at Lucknow when Uttarakhand was carved out from it. He said that the Assembly of UP unanimously passed a resolution for the division. Only then the bifurcation was done. Jagan says that even a boy of 6 years can say that the situation in AP is different from UP. He said that here no such resolution is passed. The reorganization bill is simply introduced without bothering for a resolution.
Jagan warned the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and Speaker Nadendla Manohar that they will just be washed away and be condemned in the history if they do not pass a resolution for an united state of Andhra Pradesh. He insisted that the resolution for Samaikyandhra should be done as first priority. He also warned that the bill taken for the discussions will be treated as accepting the bifurcation.
