The Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy still expresses his confidence that the State is not to be taken as bifurcating just because of introducing the bill in the Assembly. He says that the process is a long process and the bill is only a small step towards it. He says that the last ball is not bowled at.
Kiran Kumar says that as a fighter he will never give up anything in life. He said that his firm opposition to the bifurcation of the State was conveyed by him to Sonia Gandhi. He also said confidently that he can stall the Telangana bill.
Kiran Kumar says that there is no clarity in the process to be adopted in discussing the bill. As the President has give time till January 23, Kiran Kumar says, Constitutional provisions available to us will be made use of.
About the remarks made by the Telangana and Seemandhra Ministers, he said that they are only expressing the concern of the people they represent. But, he cautioned, they should not hurt the feelings of other regions in the process.
