The Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy said that the AP State Reorganization Bill 2013 will be sent to the Speaker within one hour.

He said that amendment on 371 D is asked to be done.  He said that BAC will take the decision on the discussions to be taken up in the Assembly.  He also said that every point in the draft bill has to be taken up for the discussion and voting is also required.

For the question whether the time stipulated by the President is sufficient or not, the Chief Minister said that it cannot be said now.

As the bill is marked as ‘Secret’, it is up to the Speaker whether it has to be circulated as a table item or to be given personally to the members of the Assembly.
