Bill Flew From Delhi Made Controversy

The Telugu Desam Party President Chandrababu Naidu objected the way the AP State Reorganization Bill 2013 was sent by the Union Home Minister by special plane.

The Center apparently wanted to make it reach by the time AP Assembly winter sessions started. The Center also wanted to avoid delays for which the draft bill was sent in three languages and Digvijay Singh was sent to ensure its going to the Assembly and making a path for its smooth going through the process in the Assembly.

The TRS party senior leader Harish Rao countered Chandrababu’s remarks questioning how the bill has to be sent- by bullock car? He reminded that the speaker Yanamala was brought from Delhi by plane to dethrone NTR.  Harish Rao questioned who bore those expenses.

The TDP leaders complained that the Center is violating the Constitutional provisions regarding the state bifurcation.  They said that the same bill should be sent back to Delhi by special plane after rejecting it. They complain that money bags also came in the plane along with the bill to buy MLAs.
