The Government's draft bill for the state bifurcation called "AP State Reorganizational Bill 2013" that has gone to the President's office on Friday is pending President's approval and later sending it to the State of AP for a debate on it for which a specific time will be given by the President to do it in the State Assembly.
As so many letters have gone from the state addressed to the President to consider the bill of state bifurcation when it reaches him, the President wanted to get legal opinion on the draft bill before sending to the Assembly of Andhra Pradesh.
The President Pranab Mukherjee has just arrived from West Bengal and again planning to tour in South Africa leaving today in the evening. The Bill will be gone through by the Presidet after he comes back from his tour on 11th December to take a decision in view of the legal opinion received by him.
