The former IPS Officer Kiran Bedi is hononered with Sankalpa Sanjeevani Award 2013 at Ravindra Bharathi, Hyderabad organized by Suchirindia Foundation on Thursday.  

Talking on the occasion Dr.Kiran Bedi said that one should know the purpose for which we have given life by God on this earth and it will lead us to our goal.  Her eyes became wet when she remembered her sister who as a medical doctor dedicated her life in the service of mentally challenged and died of cancer.   She said that she is going in the same path where her sister left.

Appreciating the services undertaken by the CEO Lion Kiran, she said that she will work with Lion Kiran in future.   

Kiran Bedi gave away the total amount received by her with the award to Vision Foundation.  

Suchirindia Foundation CEO Lion Kiran said that as a corporate social responsibility they are conducting Sankalpa day every year.  He said that nine organizations serving mentally challenged students are being supported financially by Suchirindia Foundation.  He also said that the required tools for professional work, sports kits and clothes are distributed in Suraram that has been adopted by the Foundation.
