The Jaitra Yatra- Tour of Victory of Telangana Congress leaders held at Gadwal in Mahaboobnagar district was a successful with a good turnout of people.

Prayers were made in Hindu, Christian and Muslim way and some cultural programs were conducted to make the event colorful.

The function arranged in the “Theru Maidanam”  that is used for the Chariot procession of Chennakeshava Swamy is held.  The meeting was attended by the Deputy Chief Minister, Union Ministers Sarve Satyanarayana and Balaram Naik, Seven MPs, Nine State Ministers, and 25 MLAs.

They all expressed their gratitude to the AICC President Sonia Gandhi in unison for her keeping up her promise in spite of all odds and opposition from many quarters.  They also reminded the people of Telangana that they are indebted to Sonia Gandhi.  Talking about loyalty the former D Srinivas criticized the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy for his disloyalty to the AICC.  At the same time the TDP and YSR Congress parties were lashed out for their telling lies and working only in the best interests of their political career.

Deputy Chief Minsiter Damodara Raja Narasimha, Panchayatraj Minister Jana Reddy and Information Minister D.K.Aruna joined in the thanksgiving rally.  The Jaitra Yatra is the second one conducted by the Telangana Congress party after its first one at Bodhan in Niazamabad district.
