Don't Dig for Gold, Go for Our Money in Swiss Banks-Modi

Chief Minister of Gujarat and BJP's PM Candidate for 2014 elections Narendra Modi objected the excavations Archeological Survey of India took up yesterday for searching for gold near the fort of Raja Ram Bux Singh in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh.  He said it is meaningless for a Central Government Department like ASI to act upon a dream of a sadhu.

Sadhu Shoban Sarkar had vision that gold over 1000 tons is buried near the fort.  After camping for 3 days, excavations were started yesterday at the place indicated by the sadhu by a team of 12 under the leadership of the Deputy Director of ASI P.K.Mishra.

Collector Vijay Kiran Anand said that the excavation work will go on for a month.  As per the sadhu who had a vision of gold under the earth it will not be less that 1000 tons of gold which may not be at one place.  Digging may have to be done at different places.

Bhoomi pooja was done by sadhus before the digging for the gold hunt was started.  As the word passed, many people thronged the place to have a look at the place and to see how far the realty will match with the speculation.  As per the survey of the Geological department, gold or silver can be there as Sadhu told.

Narendra Modi says, instead of digging for the unknown on the basis of a dream of a man, the Government can make efforts to bring back the money stinking in the Swiss Banks which is a known fact and which is much more than 1000 tons of gold.
