YSR Congress party President YS Jagan who is facing the CBI charge of the disproportionate assets case involving so many companies has attended the special CBI Court today amid heavy security and large crowds.
The former Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy who is included in the charge sheet of CBI also attended the court.
Jagan who was given conditional bail after spending 16 months in jail is back from his tour to Idupulapaya on special permission from the court to pay obeisance to his father at YSR Samadhi there.
Out of 10 charge sheets filed by CBI, the court has so far taken cognizance of 3. Jagan is also summoned to appear before court on November 11 in Penna Cements case.
Today in the Dalmia Cements case Sabita Indra Reddy is accused of entrusting 407 hectors of limestone quarries to Dalmia Cements in Kadapa District who in turn invested to the tune of Rs.95 crores in Raghuram Cement which is one of the Jagan’s companies.
