The Samaikyandhra Parirakshana Vedika's first ever public meeting at Hyderabad started in which NGOs and leaders and representatives of Teachers’ Associations and RTC Unions participated in large numbers.  Many people entered the stadium much before the time to begin the meeting and many are in queues which went up to Assembly gates.  The entire atmosphere is vibrant with the shoutings of the slogan of JAI SAMAIKYANDHRA.  

Before the meeting has begun cultural programs were conducted with music and dance to boost the spirit of supporters of the united State.

Employees from IT and Private sector also gathered at LB Stadium.  Some of them demanded entry without ID cards for which police refused to oblige.  It gave room for rift and they attempted to make a human chain there which was foiled by the police by arresting some of them and were released later.  

Many NGOs waiting at 'A' gate of LB Stadium whose attempt to enter forcibly was stopped by the police.  They started protesting for the police behavior.  Altercations started between police and private employees.    

It is announced in the meeting by the speakers that the protest is against Seemandhra leaders but not against the people of Telangana region.  They said that it is only against the elected MPs and MLAs of Seemandhra.   The purpose of conducting it at Hyderabad is clarified that it is the Capital of the State and belong to all regions of the State and that is the only reason for it but not against Telangana people or employees.
