Today is Guru Poornima an auspicious day for the spiritual followers and devotees.  Guru Poornima is celebrated throughout the State with devotion and reverence.  

Adi Guru Vyasa Bhagawan is remembered this day and afterwards respects are paid to their respective Gurus by spiritual aspirants on this day.

As Guru Poornima is the day Sai Baba liked most, all temples of Saibaba perform special pooja today.  Devotees of Sai Baba thronged the temples of Sai Baba throughout the State right from the early hours in the morning.

Some of the Gurus start Chaturmasa Deeksha from today.  Visakhapatnam Sarada Peetham’s Swaroopanandendra Swamy has started Deeksha today.

Shirdi Sai Baba temple is thronged by devotees from all over the Country where Guru Poornima is being celebrated in a grand way.
