16 TRS MLAs and 3 BJP MLAs and Nagam Janardan Reddy total 20 MLAs were suspended today for two days by the Speaker Nadendla Manohar for their continued disruption.
In the morning as usual the Assembly proceedings were disrupted by the opposition leaders. After the Assembly started after the half hour adjournment again TRS members protested with placards and slogans surrounding the Speaker’s podium.
After taking the decision and announcing the suspension of the Members of the Assembly, the Speaker requested them to leave Assembly.
When the Minister Gita Reddy said that the tainted Ministers should not be called ‘tainted Ministers’ and to that effect a resolution should be passed in the Assembly, TDP Members walked out in protest.
