Minister Jana Reddy seems to be in soup with a social activist VV Rao filing petition seeking CBI and ED's investigation into the alleged scams of Jana Reddy. The AP High Court has accepted the petition apparently sending chills down the spine of minister Jana Reddy and his sons. It may be noted that Jana Reddy came under criticism for alleged financial irregularities.

There were also allegations that Jana Reddy and his relatives indulged in several irregularities as too many funds were invested in the firm that's run by Jana Reddy and his relatives. Reportedly, so far no income tax officials touched that firm. Therefore, the member of India Against Corruption filed a petition over the same.

The observers said that in case court nods for CBI inquiry then Jana Reddy would have to face more or less the same course of treatment as YSRC chief Jaganmohan Reddy. It has to be mentioned here that when ex minister Shankar Rao filed similar petition before the court, which ordered CBI probe in to the same. So, it is most likely that Jana Reddy and his relatives will be in soup in case CBI takes up the case.
