Hyderabad bomb blasts: Police says it got clues

Hyderabad commissioner of police (CP) Dwaraka Tirumala Rao has asked public not to worry and not to believe in rumours in the wake of twin blasts in Hyderabad. In connection with these blasts, which took place yesterday in Dilsukhnagar, no one has been taken into the custody, said the commissioner. He has also said that many the police got many clues at the location where the blasts took place. He, however, said it would not be appropriate to reveal all those details to the media.

Further, Dwaraka Tirumala Rao has also said that those who give information on the accused would be given reward and their details would also be kept confidential. Also, he mentioned that people who have tread the wrong paths were doing such things and urged public to maintain restrain. The case would be cracked as soon as possible, added the commissioner.

On the other hand, opposition parties are continuing to take on the government. BJP senior leader Venkaiah Naidu has said that public were questioning the leaders today on such mishaps and blamed the union home minister for changing his stance on information. He cited home minister's earlier statement that there was intelligence information later said that the information was not specific.  Venkaiah Naidu even said that the government should have allowed discussion in the parliament over the issue.

It apparently looked like opposition parties now got an upper hand to make a point in the public to fight the ruling party at the ballot box. All in all, it's high time that all political parties should put their agendas aside and come together to fight terrorism.
