Once upon a time in Medak case: Owaisi shifted to Sangareddy

MIM legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi is being shifted to Sangareddy from Adilabad district court by Patancheru police after on prisoner on transit (PT) warrant. It has to be mentioned here that Sangareddy court on yesterday given PT warrant on Akbaruddin Owaisi when the police moved approached the court against the statements made against the then district collector of Medak by Akbaruddin Owaisi.

It has to be mentioned here that Akbaruddin Owaisi has been under judicial custody at Adilabad district court for the past one week in connection with alleged hate speech. Now, he's being shifted to Sangareddy court as an accused in another case. It looks like Akbaruddin is head to toes in trouble. In fact, there are also other cases at several police stations filed against Akbaruddin in connection with the hate speech. Anyway, CrPC 144 Section is in place in Sangareddy to ensure that no untoward incidents takes place while shifting Owaisi to Sangareddy.
