Vastunna Meekosam padayatra-taken out by TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu-on October 2, 2012 has completed 100 days today. The show is still running successfully and TDP folks are celebrating this day as a festival. Chandrababu Naidu's 100th day walkathon was marked with his entry into Khammam district today. He started this yatra from Anantapur district and covered Kurnool, Mahbubnagar, Rangareddy, Medak, Karimnagar and Warangal districts so far.

Also this is a very special day not just to TDP folks but even those who kept legendary NTR in their hearts. It was on the same day-30 years ago- that TDP founder NT Rama Rao took oath as the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh for the first time at LB Stadium of Hyderabad. Andhra Wishesh spoke to several people in the state about NTR and all of them had to say the same thing-NTR was not just a politician, he was the heartbeat of Telugus. A man who worked day and night for the welfare of people in the state. After NTR there was no chief minister who banned alcohol consumption in the state. Let us hope that Chandrababu Naidu follows the foot steps of NTR and takes forward all his dreams including madhyapana nishedham.
