Nod for legendary leader's statue at parliament complex!

The man who fought relentlessly for the rights of Telugus, the man who became the first person for banning alcohol in the state keeping aside political benefits, Dr. Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao is a person that not just Telugus but in fact every India should adore.

That's the reason why there has been a demand that the former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh be erected at the parliament complex in Delhi. And the demand finally got a green signal as speaker Meira Kumar asked union minister D Purandareshwari, who's also daughter of the legendary leader to source a statue for the same, said sources. An official statement on the same is yet to be made.
