Jagan case: CBI court turns down bail plea

The CBI court has turned down the bail petition of YSRC leader Jaganmohan Reddy. While Jagan prayed for bail, CBI argued before the court that since investigation was going on in seven angles giving bail at this point of time would not be right as Jagan could alter the witnesses and tamper the substantial evidences in the case.

The court, which was convinced with the arguments of CBI, has today turned down the bail plea of Jaganmohan Reddy. It has to be mentioned here that Jagan is prime accused in illegal assets case. He faced several charges under several sections for allegedly dolling out favours to certain companies using the power of his father (who was then the chief minister of AP).
