TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu's padayatra-Vastunna Meekosam-is all set to enter Nizamabad district. Notably, this will be his entry into third district of Telangana as a part of his massive walk. As per the schedule, Chandrababu would resume his 11th day tour in Medak district from Alikhanpalle and by the end of the day, he would enter Nizamabad district at Fatehpur.

It has to be mentioned here that Chandrababu Naidu's padayatra has so far received overwhelming response despite strong resistance from regional parties backing statehood issue. So, the observers said that since Chandrababu was stating that he was not against the formation of Telangana, he would easily be attracting voters in Telangana region. In case the same thing happens, TDP coming to power in 2014 would be no hard nut to crack and NDA is also most likely to come to power at Centre, they added. It is high time for Congress party to make a mark especially in Telangana region in order to counter TDP, stressed observers.
