TDP leader and former efficient parliamentarian Kinjarapu Yerram Naidu died in the wee hours of Friday. His death sent shock waves among scores of leaders in the state as well as at the centre. Right from prime minister Manmohan Singh to Andhra Pradesh Governor, many leaders condoled the death of Yerram Naidu.

How did the accident take place:

Yerram Naidu along with seven members went to attend a wedding in Vishakapatnam on Thursday night. On their return journey to Srikakulam, Mahindra Xylo vehicle in which they were travelling reportedly lost its control and rammed into a speeding oil tanker, which was ahead of their vehicle. The mishap was said to have occurred at 2 am.

He along with the injured were rushed to the near by KIMS hospital. The doctors reportedly tried their best to save Yerran Naidu but they failed in their efforts. Mr. Erran Naidu was declared dead at 3.30 am on Friday.
