Padma Bhushan Dr K Chiranjeevi has sworn in as the minister of state at Rashtrapati Bhavan at 11. 45 am today. His son K Ram Charan Teja and daughter-in-law (who were present at Ashok Hall) were all in smiles when Chiranjeevi was swearing in as the minister.
