Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu (CMGR) director Puri Jagannadh spoke to the media and clarified that the objectionable scenes in CMGR movie were removed. He has said that the movie just showed as to how people were incited. CMGR underwent 12 cuts today, said Puri Jagannadh.  Telangana issue was not mentioned anywhere in this film. Further, he even mentioned that the film was not made with any ulterior motives.

Puri Jagannadh has said that he didn't aim at hurting the sentiments of Telangana people. He even said he was tendering apologies to Telangana people in case they felt that the movie had hurt their sentiments. People were just assuming things and commenting on them (film unit), added Puri Jagannadh. He even said that many people watched the film much before the release and none raised objections then.

Now that the objectionable scenes are cut, Telangana Film Chamber is likely to give a nod for screening the movie in Telangana region.
