After being disgraced by the leader of the Congress, Sonia Gandhi, Vijayamma, the wife of late Y S Rajsekhar Reddy, the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, is being pressurized by the members of their YSR Congress Party to take the present situation of Sonia's son-in-law to her advantage. The members said that this was her chance to rise and take the Robert Vadra's illegal dealings to the Supreme Court and put Congress in trouble for making her son Jagan Mohan Reddy suffer in jail after similar allegations.

They told her that the cases were similar and it was quid pro quo. “If Jagan is in jail, why should Robert Vadra who had been facing similar allegation be scot-free?” they asked. Earlier Robert Vadra had been blamed to have dealings with the DLF real estate giant in obtaining lands and apartments at throw-away prices. The India Against congress member who recently turned politician after announcement of his new party, Arvind Kejriwal has alleged that he also had been given a sum of Rs 65 crores interest free.

This furore in the party members has been fueled by a single agenda, bringing Jagan national fame once again. The members said that if Vijayamma could lodge a case in the Supreme Court and seek a CBI probe into the dealings of Robert Vadra, it would unveil the covert associations of DLF, Robert Vadra and the Congress. The maintained that if the case is taken to the CBI, not only would they have a resounding answer to the allegation that they have joined hands with the Congress but also it would be their strong reply to the dishonor the Congress brought them at Delhi.
