Looks like the YSR Congress party might merge with the ruling Congress party says the Leader of Opposition in the Council Dadi Veerabhadra Rao (TDP). He also commented that the YSRCP's prime agenda is only to get a clean image for the party Supremo Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and to cleanse him of all cases. This he says was the sole aim visible after the party's Honorary President Vijayamma met the President Pranab Mukherjee in Delhi.
The TDP leader also said that the motive of the YSRCP was keenly understood after the party flag was dismounted from the Banjara Hills residence of the clan. This development he noted was post the presidential meet. This ascertains that the party might at any given point of time announce the merger.
It may be noted another senior TDP leader Payyavula Keshav also questioned the YSRCP over the Prez meet. He asked whether the strong lady of the YSRCP met the Prez to win favors for voting him, in the Presidential race. (With inputs from internet-AW AarKay)
