The Telangana Advocates' Joint Action Committee has demanded the Andhra Pradesh Governor ESL Narasimhan to immediately suspend minister Danam Nagender for misbehaving with police personnel when they were on duty on Thursday. The JAC representatives have today met the Governor at Raj Bhavan in Somajiguda. They handed over the memorandum of request to the personal secretary of Governor.
In their written complaint, the Joint Action Committee has reportedly mentioned that Danam Nagender earlier too took law into his hands and allegedly attacked the students. And now, he barged into a temple and ransacked the sentiments, which disturbed the sentiments of Hindus, who geared up to celebrate Sri Krishna Janmashtami. They said Danam was indulging in dadagiri while being in a top position. They further urged the DGP to immediately arrest Danam Nagender and produce him before the court.
On the other hand, Danam Nagender said police cases were nothing new to him and he faced such police cases even before he came to politics.
