SC dismisses plea of Vijayalakshmi

The Supreme Court has dismissed the plea filed by YSRC acting president YS Vijayalakshmi against Chandrababu Naidu alleging that he defrauded the state exchequer when he was the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. Vijayalakshmi approached Supreme Court when the High Court of AP quashed this petition. While turning down the petition of Vijayalakshmi, the court has said that this doesn't give a clean chit to TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu.

The court told the counsel of Vijayalakshmi that petitioner or anyone can complain against Chandrababu Naidu to the respective government departments. The court said the petitioner can also complain to Enforcement Directorate or Central Bureau of Investigation.

Vijayalakshmi, who is currently on chenetha dharna at Sircilla hasn't told whether she would complaint to the Enforcement Directorate on the alleged corruption of Chandrababu Naidu.
