The Telangana Joint Action Committee convener Prof Kodandaram has said that they (JAC) would not endorse Rayala Telangana at any cost. He has said that the demand of JAC was Telangana with Hyderabad as the capital. He has also said that Congress leaders from T region talking on Rayala Telangana was unfortunate.

It may be noted that Badrachalam MLA Kunja Satyavathi said Telangana state would be formed in two months after presidential elections. She said she recently met Botsa Satyanarayana, who reportedly told her that Rayala Telangana is most likely to be formed. She even said Badrachalam would be part and parcel of Telangana State and in case Badrachalam is merged with Andhra State, then she said would stage protest.
