Hearing on bail petition of Nimmagadda deferred

CBI Court, which is trying Jaganmohan Reddy's illegal assets case, has deferred the bail petition of Nimmaggada Prasad to June 25. It may be noted that Nimmagadda Prasad is one of the noted entrepreneurs in India and also an accused in illegal assets case. CBI argued that Nimagadda Prasad got favours from the then government by late Y S Rajashekara Reddy and that was the reason behind Nimmagadda investing crores of rupees in the companies run by Jaganmohan Reddy.

June 25 has become an important date to all those closely watching illegal assets case. It's on the same day that the judicial custody of Jaganmohan Reddy would be concluded. The CBI court is going to hear the petition filed by Enforcement Directorate, for enquiring Jagan, on June 25. And hearing on Nimmagadda's bail petition has also deferred to June 25.
