The Central Bureau of Investigation, probing the case of amassing allegedly disproporationate wealth by Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, filed a third chargesheet in the special CBI court in Hyderabad on Monday naming him as the prime accused. CBI said Ramky had invested 10 crore rupees in Jagati Publications as a quid pro quo for the benefits it secured from the then government headed by Jagan's father Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.The petition will come up for hearing on May 9. The agency had already filed two chargesheets in the disproportionate assets case and has arrested only VijayasaiReddy so far.(SSNS)
