Mr Nallapureddy Prasanna kumar reddy today filed his nomination papers as YSR Congress Party candidate to contest the by-poll for the Kovur assembly constituency in Nellore district.

The by polls will be held on March 18 in seven assembly constituencies in the state including Kovur and all leading parties have already announced their candidates.

Party leaders Konatala Ramakrishna, MP Mekapati Rajamohan reddy, MLA Mekapati Chandrasekhara reddy and hundreds of party activists accompanied Prasannakumar Reddy when he filed the nomination papers.

Prasannakumar reddy, after rebelling against the TDP leadership, quit as MLA and joined the Jagan bandwagon. (JUBS)
