TDP extinct in Telangana: KCR

TRS chief Mr K. Chandrasekhara rao observed today that TDP has faced extinction in the Telangana region and the party president Mr Chandrababu Naidu too must be construed as having no followers in Telangana.

Unveiling the TRTU calendars and dairies in the Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad this evening, KCR alleged TDP led by Chandrababu Naidu had blocked the creation of Telangana state by changing its decisions.

“When it was not wrong for you to block the Telangana state formation, what is the wrong if we block your tours in the Telangana region?” he asked.

The exploitation by the Seema Andhra leaders has been continuing unabated still and there is no alternative to achieving the state of Telangana for preventing further exploitation, he said, adding that the Telangana movement would be taken forward by planning a strategy through discussions.

“The agitation will continue till the T state is achieved,” said KCR hinting at another phase of T stir soon.

Demanding the UPA government to introduce the Telangana bill in Parliament in the ensuing budget session, KCR asked the Congress and other parties to be prepared to face the consequences in the event of non-introduction of the bill. (JUBS)
