PRP retorts Bala Krishna’s statement, requests him to maintain political decency

The Praja Rajyam Party Leader Chiranjeevi is really a self made man who had no black mark on his personality till date. He rose to stardom all on his own and had no God fathers to back him. In spite of much suppression from the so called effluent class he had risen to the stage of a Mega Star, sheer through his hard work and dedication. He started the PRP only as an extension of his dedication to serve his innumerable fan base, whom he had served through his blood bank and other social activities. A man revered even by his opponents as a man of principles. Such a man was criticized by Hero Nandamuri Bala Krishna who had recently announced his desire to contest the 2014 elections for the Telugu Desam Party, formed by his father and veteran N.T. Ramarao.
The statement made by the later on Sunday that, ` Chiranjeevi is regretting his entry into politics. He is only trying to get away and has no intention of serving the people.’ This criticism raised much hue in the political circles. PRP leader and MLC C. Ramachandraiah said, `We respect Balakrishna a lot as he is the son of late NTR. Chiranjeevi himself had said earlier that NTR is one of his inspirations to float a political party. He launched the party with a goal to achieve 'Social Justice' and to fulfill that dream he merger the PRP with Congress. A person like Balakrishna should maintain proper dignity and making insulting remarks about Chiranjeevi will do him no good.’
He added that Balakrishna was born with a silver spoon while Chiranjeevi has reached the top position in the film industry with his own talent and hard work. Without understanding this logic, it was irresponsible on Balayya’s part to make remarks belittling Chiranjeevi.
It was really not correct on the part of such a senior gentleman to talk like this on his former colleague and of course a political opponent at the moment. To gain self respect one must muster the courage to respect others and not resort to cheap tricks.
